Colleen M. Banse
Managing Director

Colleen Banse joined the Company in June 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Banse was a senior member of the People Success team at Sapient Corporation, a global Business Consulting and Technology Services company. In this role, she was responsible for providing strategic and operational human resources services to several global business units. In addition to filling key roles across various HR functional groups, Ms. Banse’s focus areas included the integration of two strategic acquisitions, leadership of a number of large-scale re-organization and change management initiatives and development of new office operations. Previously, she spent three years as the Finance Lead for the Technology and Communications business unit at Sapient, where she was responsible for financial and operational management of this high-growth sector.

Ms. Banse holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Sociology from Boston College.
