Brian J. Fischesser

Brian Fischesser joined NewStar in July of 2006 and serves as Manager of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining NewStar, Brian was a Senior SEC Analyst at White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. in Boston. Among Brian’s responsibilities were the preparation of the company’s various SEC filings and the management of the accounting process for several subsidiaries of White Mountains. Previously, Brian was the Accounting Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. in Chicago where he managed the SEC reporting process and held other financial and accounting responsibilities. Brian holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
