Tricia Lebo joined NewStar in 2007 from Banc of America Securities LLC, where she worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance - Syndicated Loan Capital Markets Group. In this role, Tricia actively participated in the structuring and origination of syndicated loans for middle market clients in a variety of industries.

Tricia graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management.
