Once a design is finalized, our designers function as project coordinators to translate that design into a tangible landscape. Our designers’ attention to technical detail, precise on-site layout, and extensive build experience ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the plan.

Initial Meeting
The initial consultation gives the client a chance to describe the project they have in mind and learn more about our company and the design/build process. We view the property from both inside and outside the house, listen to the client’s thoughts, and ask questions about how the client currently uses and wishes to use the property. In addition, we review the fee structure for the design phases of the project.

Preliminary Design Plan
We conduct a detailed analysis of each site through measuring, photographing, and observation. This information about conditions is combined with our understanding of the clients’ needs and forms the basis of a Preliminary Design Plan. We meet with the client to review the plan and discuss rough cost estimates for building the various elements of the design.

Final Design Plan
The refined Final Design Plan develops out of a continued dialogue between the client and designer. The completed plan shows precise layouts of built features, specifies types of materials used in construction, and identifies proposed plantings. The client receives a detailed proposal describing the items included in the implementation and their costs.

Implementation
We coordinate all aspects of the implementation and oversee our skilled contractors through each stage of the project to ensure an accurate translation of each custom design into a new landscape.
