  Christie Jacobs is a successful manager, entrepreneur, consultant and instructional designer. For over twenty years, Christie S. Jacobs has designed, developed and delivered learning systems for business executives in the areas of management, leadership, team dynamics and sales/service effectiveness. Prior to establishing Jacobs Consulting Group, she held the position of Senior Vice President of The Forum Corporation. She has expertise in a variety of industries including: high tech, financial services, manufacturing, and health care. Her client list includes: Avon Products, Citibank, Compaq, Delta Airlines, Fidelity Investments, FleetBank, General Electric, Hewlett Packard, Johnson and Johnson, Kaiser Permanente and Sun Microsystems. While at The Forum Corporation, she was responsible for the Influence and Teams and Beyond learning systems, both of which won national design awards.With an MBA from Simmons College, and MA from Boston University, MS. Jacobs has also served as a tenured professor and researcher in social psychology and as Dean of Students. She is qualified to administer various psychometric tools in her counseling practice. Ms. Jacobs is a member of The Boston Club, a founding member of the Simmons Graduate School of Management Alumnae Association. She was recipient of the Outstanding Young Women in America award, and is a frequent speaker at national and industry associations. Christie Jacobs lives in Newton, Massachusetts with her daughter Jessica, dog Clifford, and cat Abu.
