Before the Beginning
Before our first meeting, we'll give you a Web Worksheet custom-made for your business. This is a list of questions you can ask yourself and resources you can collect, to ensure that our meeting has unimpeded productivity and clear objectives.
Listening to You
Understanding your business and your needs is the critical next step. We will meet with you one or more times to ensure we know how your business operates. We will analyze your requirements and work with you to sketch out the kind of site that will best serve you and your clients.
This deliverable document outlines the content of the site, and its functional, technical, and creative requirements. The proposed structure or hierarchy of the site is included in the Project Plan. It also contains a schedule, and lays out the resources that will be needed. Finally, the Project Plan has pricing information based on the size and scope of the project we anticipate.
We put a project site in a private area on the Web for your eyes only. Design prototypes are put on the project site for your review as the project progresses.
Implementation and Testing
Once we have your go-ahead based on the design prototypes, we do the coding for the site. We upload the files to the project site and perform tests for usability, cross-platform issues, and functionality. Any problems or issues are identified and solved.
Launch and Follow-up
The launch date is eagerly anticipated by all, and may even call for champagne. But we don't consider our work to be done after the celebration is over. We remain a loyal business partner to our clients, providing them with ongoing support. We will help you procure and analyze your Web site's usage statistics. We will continue to optimize your site for best search engine visibility. And we will be ready when you need to add a few pages or whole new functions to your site.
