Ordering Instructions

Image selection
Select an image from our online Artworks for Puzzles section and note it in the order form. If you desire an image that we don't show, call or email us to discuss your needs. We have access to a wide selection of prints, and we will be happy to assist you in your print selection.

Custom prints
If you wish to have us create a custom puzzle from a photograph, your own print, or your own personal memorabilia, please call or email us to discuss the project. As a rule of thumb, figure approximately 3.2 jigsaw puzzle pieces per every square inch. [ An 8"X10" print cut into a puzzle would contain approximately 256 pieces].

Whimsies
Let us know if there are special figures or silhouettes you wish to have us incorporate into your puzzle; or we can surprise you! Feel free to send us sketches or photos of figures you would like used in your custom puzzle.

Personalizing
Would you like us to include names, dates, logos, or other distinguishing elements in your puzzle? Let us know.

Pricing
The price of a puzzle is based on the number of puzzle pieces. We charge $1.50 per puzzle piece. Each puzzle contains 1 whimsy for every 75 puzzle pieces. Additional whimsies are charged at a rate of $5.00 per figure.

Shipping
All our puzzles are shipped by land by UPS or Federal Express. We charge $8.50 per puzzle for shipping & handling. If you require overnight delivery, please call us for a quote.

Lead time
You are purchasing a totally unique, one of a kind wooden jigsaw puzzle. Each puzzle is made by hand, one at a time. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your puzzle to be delivered from the time the order is received in our shop. Allow additional time around the holidays.
