Ebba N. Legaspi
With ample instruction experience over the last six years, Ebba is a dedicated Stott certified Pilates Instructor. Additionally, Ebba is also certified in both Gyrokinesis® and Gyrotonic Expansion System®.

Ebba continues to complete various rigorous training each year in order to offer her clients continued growth and expertise. In addition to being certified in Gyrotonic Expansion System Level I, she has also completed the Gyrotonic Level II Preparation workshop. In order to deepen her knowledge and appreciate the wonder of the human body, she has participated in a six day intensive hands on human dissection workshop at Tufts Medical Center with Gil Hedley.

After being pre-trained in Gyrokinesis by Master Trainer Erika Hassan, Ebba was thrilled to complete the Foundation training with Juliu Horvath, the inventor of the Gyrotonic Expansion System, in December 2006 in Miami. She has completed the Jumping and Stretching board certification course, also with Juliu Horvath and the Therapeutic Application for Lumbar and Pelvic Girdle workshop with Juliu’s brother, Paul Horvath. In 2009, Ebba was certified in the Leg Extension Unit and completed the Gyrokinesis Level II Preparation workshop. ENL Studio offers private and duet lessons in Gyrotonic exercise system as well as Gyrokinesis classes.

Additional courses and workshops taken include but are not limited to: Intensive Mat Plus, Intensive Reformer, Intensive Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Anatomy, Injuries and Special Population, Toning Ball, Advanced Reformer, Advanced Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer and Stability Chair.

She has taught pilates at Healthworks, Boston Athletic Club, Quincy Athletic Club, Mount Auburn Club. When not at ENL Studio, you can still find her occasionally teaching at Beacon Hill Athletic Club.

Ebba received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business from Suffolk University.
