Pilates and Gyrotonic® Sessions
Private and semi-private sessions are available six days a week from Monday through Saturday. All sessions are by appointment only. Please call the studio to schedule your session, and for current rates.
Gift certificates are also available for purchase.
Studio Policies
Payment, in cash or check, must be received at the time of booking an appointment or prior to your session.
Should you need to cancel an appointment, please phone within 24 hours to avoid being charged for your session.
All Class Card sales are final. Class cards purchased are transferable but not refundable.
