Register For The 9th Annual Positive Spin Ride, Sunday, May 18, 2003

From Ironmen/women who sprint over mountain roads, to cyclists who like the rush of leading the pack, to Sunday drivers whose idea of a bike adventure is pedaling to the local Papa Gino's, the 2003 Positive Spin for ALS has a ride for you. All four rides give you a challenge you set for yourself and support people diagnosed with the brutal disease called ALS, "Lou Gehrig's Disease." Ride to honor an ALS patient, or to support to a non profit organization, or to work up a sweat. Just saddle up.

Obviously, our goal is to raise money. We'll help you write letters, give you tips how to ask for dough, and thank you effusively for raising what you can. Give it a shot!

• All riders MUST wear a helmet.
• Registrants MUST be at least 12 years old to ride.
• Riders between 12 –16 yrs old may participate in the 10 or 25 mile route and MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• EACH family member MUST complete a registration form.
• Cyclist must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ride start (45 minutes if not pre-registered).
