A Positive Spin for ALS

You don't have to ride a bike to help us out. As a matter of fact, we need volunteers just as much as we need bike riders. If mom is riding, we've got positions for dad and even kids. Remember the saying "many hands make easy work"? This is a perfect example of that. You can volunteer now by filling in the box at the bottom of this page.

Arrow routes	Post directions (signs or arrows on road) for each of the 4 routes (teams of 2-3 people per car/route – ideally done day before the ride, but weather may determine when this is done)	Week – 10 days prior to ride
